It's difficult to catch small and fast moving wavelets, especially while long exposuring the photo. So you see no wavelets here, just blurry water. But theh bridge is sharp instead ;)
Enjoy Grunwaldzki Bridge in the night, a view met only in Wrocław :D

And now... surprise me and point out something about this photo that I don't know ;P

it is not useal to see the underside

Is there a jogger in this picture? It looks like there is something that reflected some wavey pattern just above the third section of the bridge from the right (above the diamond grey and red thingy)... still a great shot. i've never seen such a great reflection before!

Yes, I see the place and I see the shadow, however... I don't know what's this. If it were jogger, or even a walking person, the shadow should be longer (because of long exposure). Maybe it's just a shadow? Tonight I'll go visit that bridge and find it out :)
